Rainbow Baby

“Today, August 22nd, is National Rainbow Baby Day in the US. This is a special celebration with a note of solemnity. Mothers across the country unite in support of one another and share pictures of their kids wearing all sorts of rainbow-colored garb….According to Healthline, a Rainbow Baby is a healthy baby born after miscarriage, infant loss, stillbirth or neonatal death…” babygaga.com).

My 2nd pregnancy due date was 8/13/16. That came and went. 👼🏼 And although it was devastating, and will always be a part of our story…I know we wouldn’t have our Kieran Bear if we hadn’t gone through that.

I pray that he knows (as complicated and crazy as his pregnancy story was too…) that

He is our most wished for, prayed for, wouldn’t-ever-change it, Rainbow Baby boy. 🌈

Thankful for both our boys, always. ❤️
